Cancel your order before it ships, contact methods, and refund timeline.

How to Cancel an Order

Need to cancel your order? You can do so easily as long as it has not shipped yet.

Cancellation Conditions

  • Can cancel if order status is "Pending" or "Preparing to Ship"
  • Cannot cancel if status is "Shipped" since the package has already left our warehouse
  • If already shipped, you can use the 7-day return policy instead

How to Cancel

Option 1: Contact via LINE (fastest)

1. Add LINE friend: @goodguy710

2. Let us know you want to cancel

3. Provide your order number and reason

4. Our team will process and confirm

Option 2: Contact via Email

1. Send an email to [email protected]

2. Subject: Cancel Order #[your order number]

3. Include your reason for cancellation

Refund Timeline After Cancellation

Once cancellation is confirmed, your refund will be processed:

  • Bank transfer / PromptPay: Refunded within 1-3 business days
  • Credit / Debit card: Refunded within 5-7 business days (depends on your bank)
  • Store credit: Available immediately

Special Cases

Q: I paid but have not uploaded my payment slip yet. Can I cancel?

A: Yes. Just let our team know.

Q: I ordered the wrong model. Can I switch to a different one?

A: If not yet shipped, yes. Contact us via LINE with the model you want and we will update your order.

Q: I used a discount code. Will it come back if I cancel?

A: Yes. Your discount code will be restored and available for use again after successful cancellation.

Tip: Not sure if your order has shipped? Check your order status on the order history page, or ask via LINE before requesting a cancellation.
