Overview
GOODGUY accepts returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories intact.
Return Conditions
- 1.Request a return within 7 days of receiving your order
- 2.Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition — no scratches or signs of use
- 3.Original packaging, box, accessories, and receipt must be included
- 4.Items damaged due to manufacturing defects or shipping can be returned immediately — please include photos
Non-Returnable Items
- ✕Used items (with residue, odor, or signs of use)
- ✕Glass products (Glass/Bong) broken due to customer handling
- ✕Sale items, promotional items, or clearance products
Return & Refund Process
1Contact us via Line OA or Email with your order number and reason for return
2Our team will review and confirm the return within 1-2 business days
3Ship the item back to GOODGUY (return shipping is covered by the customer, except for shipping-damaged items)
4Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be processed within 3-5 business days via bank transfer
Product Warranty
All products sold by GOODGUY are 100% authentic and covered by each brand's warranty terms. If your product has a manufacturing defect, contact us to process a warranty claim or replacement during the warranty period.
