Shipping Cost

• Free shipping on every order — no minimum purchase, no conditions
• We use reliable carriers including Kerry Express, Flash Express, and Thailand Post EMS
• For high-value items, we may use Registered Mail or Same-day Messenger delivery in Bangkok

Delivery Timeframes

• Bangkok and surrounding areas: 1 business day
• Provincial areas: 2-3 business days
• Remote areas: 3-5 business days
• Orders placed before 2:00 PM ship the same business day
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM ship the next business day

Discreet Packaging

We respect your privacy completely:

• Plain boxes with no logos and no description of contents
• Sender name appears as a generic personal name, not the store name
• Items are wrapped securely with Bubble Wrap for protection
• No receipts or documents describing the product are included inside the package

Tracking Number

• Every order receives a tracking number via LINE or SMS
• You can check the delivery status as soon as you receive the number
• The tracking system updates within 2-6 hours after dispatch

If Something Goes Wrong

• Damaged in transit — we replace it for free when reported within 24 hours with photos
• Lost package — we coordinate with the carrier and reship at no cost
• Wrong address — you can update the address before dispatch. After shipping, additional fees may apply
