How to Track Your Order

After placing your order, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.

Step-by-Step Tracking

Step 1: Get Your Tracking Number

  • After dispatch, we send the tracking number via LINE or SMS
  • You will typically receive it within 2-4 hours of placing an order (for orders before 2:00 PM)

Step 2: Visit the Carrier Website

  • Kerry Express: kerry.co.th — enter your tracking number in the search field
  • Flash Express: flashexpress.co.th — paste your tracking number
  • Thailand Post EMS: track.thailandpost.co.th — enter the 13-digit number

Step 3: Understand the Status

  • Shipment received — the package has entered the carrier's system
  • In transit — the package is on its way to the destination hub
  • Arrived at destination hub — ready for last-mile delivery
  • Delivered — successfully delivered to the recipient

If Your Package Is Delayed

If the package doesn't arrive on time, check these common causes:

  • Tracking not updating — wait 24 hours. Carrier systems sometimes lag behind
  • Public holidays / festivals — during New Year or Songkran, expect 1-2 extra days
  • Unclear address — the carrier may call you. Check for missed calls
  • Remote areas — some areas take an additional 1-2 days beyond the standard timeframe
