How to Use with a Water Pipe (Glass Bong)
This is the primary feature of the VonG X:
For 10mm Bongs
1. Remove the Mouthpiece from the bottom of the Condenser
2. Insert the Condenser directly into the 10mm joint of your bong
3. The device will seat firmly in the joint
For 14mm Bongs
1. Attach the 14mm Adapter Sleeve onto the Condenser end
2. Insert into the 14mm joint of your bong
3. Make sure it fits snugly and does not wobble
Using the VonG X with a Bong
1. Fill your bong with water to the appropriate level
2. Pack the Tip with medium-ground herb (loosely, about 70%)
3. Close the Cap and insert the VonG X into your bong
4. Heat with a Torch while rotating the device steadily
5. Listen for the Click then draw through the bong immediately
6. The water will filter and cool the vapor for a much smoother experience

Airport Sleeve - Easy Airflow Control
The VonG X features a rotating Airport Sleeve on the Wood Body:
- Rotate closed (Airport hole covered) = tight draw, concentrated dense vapor
- Partially open = balanced airflow and vapor density
- Fully open = very airy draw, diluted vapor
---
Heating Technique for the VonG X
The Titanium Tip heats faster than stainless steel, so keep this in mind:
- Heats 2-3 seconds faster than the M7 - rotate more quickly
- Be careful not to overheat as the Ti Tip responds rapidly
- Low Temp: Heat the tip of the Cap for quick clicks and maximum flavor
- High Temp: Heat near the base of the Cap for denser clouds
Recommended Approach
1. Use a single-flame torch for maximum precision
2. Keep the flame 2-3 cm away from the Cap
3. Rotate faster than you would with a stainless steel tip
4. The click will come sooner - be ready to stop

Cleaning & Maintenance
Metal Parts (Tip, Cap, Condenser)
- Soak in 90%+ Isopropyl Alcohol for 10-15 minutes
- Scrub with cotton swabs, rinse with hot water, dry thoroughly
Wood Body - IMPORTANT
- Never soak in water or ISO! This will damage the wood
- Use a cotton swab lightly dampened with ISO to gently wipe the inside and outside
- Apply wood conditioner oil periodically to maintain the finish
O-rings
- Remove, clean gently
- Apply Dynawax or food-grade wax before reinserting
---
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Falls out of bong easily | Worn O-ring or wrong joint size | Replace O-ring or use the correct adapter |
| Cannot draw through bong | Airport is open | Close the Airport Sleeve completely |
| Wood smells odd | Wood absorbs residue | Wipe gently with ISO, air dry thoroughly |
| Click comes very fast | Ti Tip heats fast, this is normal | Use a smaller flame, rotate faster |
| Uneven extraction | Not rotating enough | Rotate continuously and evenly |
