Heated loading tools
A hot knife has its own battery and warms the tip at the press of a button. Sticky concentrate releases from a warm tip far more easily than from a cold dabber, so there is no scraping or tapping. It is most useful with tacky or firm textures.
The G Pen Melt Hot Knife, about ฿990, is the budget entry. The Puffco Hot Knife (Plasma), about ฿2,390, is styled to match Puffco devices but works with any e-rig or banger. The Dr.Dabber Drop, about ฿1,590, is a heated loading tool with two heat levels, also available as a Young & Sick Limited Edition at about ฿1,990.
Measuring banger temperature with a Terpometer
With a quartz banger and a torch, the usual problem is knowing how long to wait after heating. An infrared thermometer solves it: point it at the banger and read the temperature without touching anything.
The TERPOMETER IR Gen 2, about ฿6,000, uses RGB light and vibration cues to signal temperature, has two titanium tool heads built in and charges over USB-C. It suits people who dab on a traditional banger regularly and want the same temperature every time without counting seconds.
Small things worth keeping on the table
Dr.Dabber Iso-Snaps, about ฿270, are swabs with isopropyl alcohol sealed inside the stem. Snap the stem and the alcohol soaks the cotton, ready to wipe an e-rig chamber or banger. It beats pouring alcohol into a dish.
The MiniNail Slab Pad, about ฿490, is a non-slip mat for under your rig and tools. It stops glass sliding, catches drips and wipes clean easily. Neither costs much, and both get used almost every day.
