G Pen Hyer Complete User Guide

The G Pen Hyer is a dual-use desktop vaporizer designed for both dry herb and concentrate use. It comes with two separate tanks that attach to a single base unit, making it easy to switch between materials.

---

Unboxing — What Is Included

  • G Pen Hyer Base Unit with LED temperature display
  • Dry Herb Tank
  • Concentrate Tank
  • USB-C charging cable
  • Dabber Tool, cleaning brush
  • User manual

Verify all components are present before use. Fully charge the battery before first use.

---

Initial Setup

Charging

Connect the USB-C cable and charge until the LED indicates a full battery. Initial charge takes approximately 2 hours.

Choose Your Tank

The G Pen Hyer includes two separate tanks for different materials:

  • Dry Herb Tank — For ground botanical material, temperature range 356-428 F
  • Concentrate Tank — For wax and concentrates, temperature range 482-842 F

Attach your chosen tank to the base unit until it sits securely. The device automatically detects which tank is connected and adjusts the temperature range accordingly.

---

Switching Between Modes

Switching is simple: remove the current tank and replace it with the other. No button press is required because the device auto-detects the tank type and adjusts the temperature range.

Important: Always let the tank cool down before switching. Never swap tanks while hot.

Using Dry Herb Mode

Loading the Herb

1. Grind your material to a medium consistency — not too fine.

2. Pack the Dry Herb Tank loosely. Do not over-pack; airflow is essential.

3. Reattach the tank to the base unit.

LevelTemperature (F)Characteristics
Low356-370 FBest flavor, light vapor, ideal for beginners
Medium380-400 FBalanced flavor and vapor, recommended for everyday use
High410-428 FDense vapor, maximum extraction, reduced flavor
Power on the device, use the temperature buttons to adjust, wait for the LED to confirm the set temperature is reached, then draw slowly and steadily.

Using Concentrate Mode

Loading Concentrate

1. Use the Dabber Tool to scoop a small amount (rice-grain size).

2. Place it on the atomizer inside the Concentrate Tank.

3. Reattach the tank to the base unit.

Cleaning and Maintenance

After Every Session

  • Dry Herb Tank: Empty spent material and brush the chamber clean.
  • Concentrate Tank: Swab the atomizer with a cotton Q-tip while still warm.

Deep Cleaning (Weekly)

  • Soak the mouthpiece and tank lids in Isopropyl Alcohol (90%+ ISO) for 15-30 minutes.
  • Rinse with warm water and dry completely before reassembling.
  • Never submerge the base unit or electronic components in liquid.

---

Tips for Best Results

  • Recharge when the LED shows low battery. Avoid fully draining the battery.
  • For dry herb, grind evenly for consistent heat distribution throughout the chamber.
  • For concentrate, use small amounts and add more as needed rather than overloading.
  • Store the device in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
