Bag System (Easy Valve) — Step-by-Step Bag Filling

This is the Volcano's signature feature:

How to Fill a Bag

1. Prepare the Filling Chamber: Grind herb to a medium consistency and load the filling chamber (use the reducer for smaller amounts).

2. Place a drip pad on top of the herb.

3. Lock the Filling Chamber onto the Volcano by twisting until it clicks.

4. Attach the Easy Valve Bag onto the filling chamber until it locks in place.

5. Set your temperature and wait for the unit to heat up.

6. Press the AIR button (fan icon) to begin filling the bag with hot air.

7. Watch the bag — when it inflates fully with vapor, press AIR again to stop.

8. Remove the bag from the filling chamber.

9. Inhale from the bag by pressing the valve mouthpiece — the valve opens on contact.

Bag filling tips:
- First bag: Start at 180°C for the best flavor.
- Second bag: Increase to 195-200°C for further extraction.
- Third bag: 210°C+ to extract remaining compounds.
- Let the vapor in the bag settle for 10-20 seconds before inhaling for a cooler draw.

Whip System (Tube)

The Volcano Hybrid adds a whip option not found on the Classic:

1. Connect the whip tube to the filling chamber.

2. Place the filling chamber on the unit.

3. Set the temperature and wait for heat-up.

4. Do not press the AIR button for whip use — inhale directly from the mouthpiece.

5. Draw slowly and steadily — hot air flows through the herb as you inhale.

Tip: The whip is ideal for those who prefer real-time draws without waiting to fill a bag, offering a fresher flavor experience.

Easy Valve Bags — Replacement & Care

  • Easy Valve bags are designed for tool-free replacement.
  • Replace a bag when it becomes cloudy, develops an odor, or shows wear.
  • A single bag typically lasts 50-100 sessions.
  • Replacement Easy Valve bags are available separately.

---

Cleaning & Maintenance

After Each Session

  • Tap out spent material from the filling chamber.
  • Brush the chamber clean.

Deep Clean (Every 2 Weeks)

  • Remove the filling chamber and soak in 90%+ IPA for 30 minutes.
  • Clean screens with IPA.
  • Wipe the exterior of the unit with a damp cloth.
  • Soak the whip tube in IPA for cleaning.
  • Replace the air filter when it becomes discolored.

Care Tips

  • Place the unit in a well-ventilated area — do not block air vents.
  • Always use a drip pad to prevent material from falling into the heating element.
  • The filling chamber reducer conserves material when using alone.
