What to Do Immediately

1. Keep all packaging — Do not throw away the box or any included accessories

2. Take photos and video — Document the issue clearly

3. Contact us right away — The sooner you report it, the faster we can resolve it

How to Report the Issue

Information to Prepare

To speed up your claim, please have the following ready:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product clearly showing the defect (at least 2-3 photos)
  • Video (if applicable) for issues like not charging, not firing, or screen malfunction
  • Brief description of the problem

Common Vaporizer Issues

  • Device will not turn on — Could be a factory battery defect
  • Leaking — E-liquid leaking from the tank or pod
  • Burnt or off taste — Possible factory-defective coil
  • Screen not working — Electronics issue
  • Not charging — Charging port or circuit problem

Warranty Claim Process

1. Report the issue with photos via LINE or Email

2. Our team reviews your case within 1-2 business days

3. Choose your resolution:

- Replacement — We ship a new item to you for free

- Full refund — Transferred within 3-5 business days

- Repair — Available for certain device models

4. Ship the item back (if needed) at our expense

Important: Please report defects within 7 days of receiving your order. Products with manufacturer warranty may be eligible for claims beyond 7 days. Ask our team to check your warranty period.

Warranty Coverage

  • Devices: 7 days to 1 month depending on the brand
  • Coils/Replacement heads: No warranty (consumable items)
  • E-liquids: No warranty after seal is broken
