GoodGuy accepts returns within 7 days from the date you receive your order. We want you to feel confident with every purchase.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- Unopened products — Original packaging must be intact with seals unbroken
- Factory defects — Devices that arrived damaged or malfunctioning out of the box
- Wrong item received — The product delivered does not match your order
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- E-liquids with broken seals, for hygiene reasons
- Coils that have been used or installed
- Products damaged due to misuse or user error
- Promotional or clearance items (unless factory defective)
How to Return an Item
