GoodGuy Return Policy

GoodGuy accepts returns within 7 days from the date you receive your order. We want you to feel confident with every purchase.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Unopened products — Original packaging must be intact with seals unbroken
  • Factory defects — Devices that arrived damaged or malfunctioning out of the box
  • Wrong item received — The product delivered does not match your order

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • E-liquids with broken seals, for hygiene reasons
  • Coils that have been used or installed
  • Products damaged due to misuse or user error
  • Promotional or clearance items (unless factory defective)

How to Return an Item

2. Provide details — Include your order number, product name, and reason for the return

3. Send photos — Attach photos of the product and packaging for review

4. Wait for confirmation — Our team will review and respond within 1-2 business days

5. Ship the item back — Send the product to the address provided by our team

6. Receive refund or replacement — Once we verify the returned item

Note: For returns due to our error (wrong item, factory defect), GoodGuy covers return shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for shipping fees.
